What we collect

The only personal information we collect directly on this website is what you choose to give us through our contact form — typically your name and email address — so we can respond to your questions.

We do not use tracking cookies, sell your information, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Course registration

We don't handle course registration directly on this website. For programs run in partnership with other organizations — such as our Comics and Cartooning Workshop through The Art Room — registration happens on our partner's website, and any information you provide (such as intake forms, waivers, emergency contacts, and payment details) is collected and governed by that partner's own privacy policy, not ours.

As Spot Spot Studio grows, we may add our own registration and scheduling system. If we do, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Photos

Photos currently used on this website are licensed stock images from Unsplash and do not depict actual Spot Spot Studio students.

If we use real photos of students in the future — on this website, in marketing materials, or on social media — we will only do so with a parent or guardian's written consent, collected separately from general program registration. If you'd like a photo of your child removed at any time, just email us at contact@spotspotstudio.com and we'll take care of it.
