The Art Room (Montrose, CA) is a mixed-media studio and creative heart of the community where kids explore everything from ceramics to watercolors to acrylics after school and during summer camps, and where many find their third place. Spot Spot partners with The Art Room to bring our comics and cartooning curriculum into their space, giving young artists a chance to develop sequential storytelling and character design alongside their other creative pursuits.
Vy Ceramics Studio (La Crescenta, CA) is a working ceramics studio known for thrown cups, mugs, and pots, along with slipcasting and special relief pattern glazing. Surrounded by plants (and a friendly shop dog), it's a calm, artist-focused space. Spot Spot hosts handbuilding workshops for all ages in this chill creative space.
